Delivery Management Consultants was founded in Lahore with a simple aim: turn reform plans into results people can see.
We work where research meets delivery. We find out what is really happening on the ground, design programs that fit the system they will live in, and stay close enough to implementation to measure their impact.
Our team has led education, governance and technology work in 15 countries, with governments, universities and international organizations.

Usama Mahmud
Director

Usama leads DMC's work with governments on education, sanitation, transport and AI. He previously advised the Minister of School Education in Punjab, Pakistan, where he designed the $50 million GPE-funded TALEEM program. At the Brookings Institution's Center for Universal Education, he led knowledge exchange for education innovation teams from more than 50 countries. He is a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn GSE and the Fels Institute of Government) and a Penn GSE alumnus. He also co-founded Paismo and serves on the board of DG Khan Cement (Nishat Group).
